Lea Scholdan founded Women in Climate Tech with the idea of connecting female founders and investors within climate tech. As a founder and investor herself she experienced the need of deep exchange among like-minded women first-hand. Besides her involvement with Women in Climate Tech, she is also part of the GICA advisory board and works as a strategic advisor for corporate companies and startups.

Lia Carlucci joined Women in Climate Tech as an experienced co-founder with extended expertise in community building as she co-founded Europe’s leading network for food and nutrition experts. Besides that she worked as a VC, writes one of the most popular food and climate tech newsletter (VITAMIN C) and currently drives climate action as the CEO of Food Campus Berlin.
