Lilibeth Bustos Linares is an entrepreneur and product designer with over 10 years of experience building. She's the founder and CEO of SOMA AI, a Barcelona-based climate tech startup building AI agents that automate sustainability data collection and ESG reporting end to end, from emissions across every scope to CSRD-compliant disclosures.

Originally from Colombia, Lilibeth has worked across San Francisco and New York before settling in Barcelona. She's also the founder of SoulDoodles, a creative workshop brand that uses doodling as a tool for emotional expression, with pop-up events around the world, from Brooklyn and Copenhagen to Oslo, Barcelona, Berlin, and Amsterdam. An educator with more than 7 years of experience and a community builder, she creates tools, communities, and ideas that make climate action, and creativity, more accessible.
